Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, indie boutiques, hip bars, and coffee houses that line 12th Avenue South. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 minutes away by car. Parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

This 2100 square foot 3 bed/3 bath 1940's bungalow is the perfect respite in the best neighborhood in Nashville. 12 Avenue South is a walkers paradise lined with world class food, drink, and shopping. Gwyneth Paltrow fell in love with the area and so will you! The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and a queen air mattress! Relax on the front porch swing or have an al fresco meal on the back deck!
