simply indescribable.... The previous reviews say it too. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It just had everything and the pictures are exactly as the apartment is. The beach is not far away and you can walk to everything. We were warmly welcomed and also said goodbye. I can highly recommend the place. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything ❣️

The apartment is beautiful, relatively freshly renovated. Great view from the patio. Furniture is functional and beautiful. Bathroom is narrow, shower just okay for me (188 cm). The bathroom is in very good condition. The kitchen is very spartanly equipped with cooking utensils and rather not suitable for preparing large meals but also very well maintained! The short walk to the beach is an absolute plus. Nearby are many restaurants and also a somewhat secluded beach for wonderful sunsets within walking distance.

Marko and Antonija are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, understanding and overall lovely people. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Thank you :)

We loved everything about our stay! The owners were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, but never intrusive. We really appreciated the privacy on our balcony — the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment had everything we needed, we didn’t miss a thing. The beach was very close and truly wonderful. We had an amazing vacation and would happily come back again!

Lovely host and great apartment

Our vacation was just magnificent. We fully enjoyed the silence and the sea. We enjoyed the privacy, no crowds of people on the beach, screaming and squealing children. We moved away from the hustle and bustle, as if we had been to a psychologist. Sanin is the hostess's father and his dog Lou is very nice. They were nearby but we didn't notice them. The restaurant is about 10-15 minutes by car. I'm sure we'll go there again and again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool – perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

A great vacation in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the wonderful pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. In the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful vacation was available: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming towns in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Thank you dear Anita for this great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear drawback: We were also not provided with a baby chair at multiple urgency requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be purchased. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Andrej is a very nice and friendly host. Gave us tips for the stay and was easy to reach. The house is very nice and very clean. All together a great holiday.

Beautifully furnished apartment with beautiful roof terrace with jacuzzi, loungers and view of the sea! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. Picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We definitely hope to be able to come back here again!

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

great place! if you want to feel like a welcome guest - this is the place for you. I especially liked the location: between the beach and the city, everything is green, a very cozy terrace. And the house was always cool and we didn't even use the air conditioner (for me this is a huge plus). excellent kitchen with everything you need, beautiful dishes (!) and clean new sponges. and also very comfortable pillows, mattresses and a whole basket of fragrant towels 😮‍💨 Margarita and her family are very nice and welcoming people, it was a pleasure to be their guests! ❤️

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
