High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Tastefully furnished flat on the Zürichberg near the Grandhotel Dolder. Quiet location in the countryside with garden seating area. Just outside the city centre. Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 5 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
