A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

We were really happy. The accommodation was clean, cozy and in a beautifully quiet environment, which we appreciated a lot with a small child. Overall, there was a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere – a great place for families who want to relax. We'd love to come back again.

We were in the accommodation with 6 people and a dog and enjoyed the time very much. Everything was very large and well suited for several people. The accommodation was also perfect for our dog, as it is completely fenced. The amenities were optimal, as there was enough of everything. The pool provided a pleasant refreshment. Our highlight was the covered terrace, which also had shade on the sides. In addition, the location is great, as you can immediately walk, run or cycle on the hiking or field paths.

This little country hideaway was exactly what my family needed after a few days in a very crowded Prague. We were very happy staying there for 2 nights. Zdenêk was such a welcoming and accommodating host. Stopping by the visitors center in town to deliver us information on local things we could explore. It’s clear he and his family are still working to improve some things on the property and may even expand the house in the future but it was all that we needed for our visit. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a little escape to the country!

I would love to give more than 5 stars! It all worked out, from communication to stay and check-out. Marek was always available and very accommodating and answered all questions in detail and immediately. The accommodation is exactly as described and a 10-minute walk away are beautiful ruins with an enchanting view, perfect for watching the sunset from there. We had a very great time and would come back any time.

Very nice host. Nice place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Peace and privacy, garden and pool available. Even though it was hot outside, it was nice inside. Grocery is about a 10-minute walk from the property. Views of Nové Mlýny. We loved it and would love to come back.

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable accommodation. Easy access. There were nine of us, we fit very well in the house. We were able to take pleasant walks in the area. Communication with the hosts was easy. I can recommend the accommodation.

Nicely decorated house for a getaway with friends. Rooms spacious and with separate bathrooms. Parking right next to the building. Communication with the owner was seamless, the resolution of minor complications went very quickly.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It served as a perfect place for us to explore Znojmo, Brno, and Vienna. Easy access to busses and trains, many nearby grocery stores. Great communication with host throughout our nearly two-week stay!

Wunderschönes Apartment

Nice quiet place. Was perfect for resting after activities.

Gerald is a super friendly host. The location of the apartment is wonderful. In a few steps you are in nature and on the culinary hiking trail, in 20 minutes walk to a delicious restaurant. There is a cozy terrace in front of the door of the apartment. We felt comfortable at the place. There was even a large sauna, which we did not use because of "too good" 😉 weather. The stove in the living room makes the apartment even more cozy when it's a bit chilly. The bed was also cozy. We liked the kitchen equipment, even a sharp knife that deserves the name😜. If something is not there, you can ask: Gerald even spontaneously lent my wife a yoga mat😃🙌🏻. There is a parking space right outside the door. Location is quiet right on the edge of the forest. In addition, those who like to look at stars also have a place with little light pollution. Highly recommended place to stay☀️.

Very quiet neighborhood, well connected 10 min walk to the tram stop you can go to the center, 2 min to Mongolian diner we can definitely recommend. The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained
