Vacation rentals with a patio in Zhonghe District

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little over 1 month. I absolutely loved it. it's quiet, convenient, clean and safe. This part of city is a 15 min. rides to my relatives and the attractions. I saw some previous reviews which were not completely reflecting the situations, or at least they were not matter to me. Mattresses - They are just what I needed. With the firm enough support, they prevented my back pain flares the entire time. (i am a long term back, spine pain sufferer.) I also saw plenty of cushions in the bedroom closets if you do not like the firmness of the mattresses. Noises from traffic - I didn't hear those at all, period. Or if you need a super quiet work environment, 2 layers of double exterior doors should shut that down. Noises fron remodeling - Only during the weekdays daytime. only few intermittent short bumps heard. Extras - Beyond the essentials (detergents etc), free biweekly cleaning. I'll definitely come back again when visiting Taipei. thumbs up!

Very convenient transportation From the subway station to the house, there are sidewalks everywhere, no need to carry luggage up and down. There are also many convenient food choices nearby There's even a liquor store diagonally across the street. (His blue card is cheaper than the duty-free shop) I'd like to emphasize that transportation here is really convenient. Dinner with colleagues, take the subway directly to Ximending to eat Wangpin's barbecue After eating, go back to Xinyi District to shop at the department store, walk all the way from the Sky Bridge to 101 and walk back When I came back, I found that the whole alley next to it was selling food. Unfortunately, I ate too much for dinner and couldn't try it again. I'll have to try it next time. This is because of the business trip, there is only one person and only staying for one day If I knew it was so nice here, I should have brought my family and stayed two more days. Next time, I'll have a chance to come back to this neighborhood. I'd still choose this one

Felt right at home with place

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and very quiet, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The only small downside is that there’s no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up five floors. However, once inside, the space is cozy and welcoming, making it well worth the climb. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

This was my second stay!The room and living room smelled of faint rose and I felt very relaxed.The mattress is soft and hard, especially comfortable to sleep on, clean and tidy. The check-in instructions tour made by the host was detailed and attentive, making this a smooth stay, and the night market food recommended by the host was really delicious!Follow her tips on a tour guide, so I can taste the food from Taiwan's famous night markets, and I've eaten a lot of food that local people know about. Looking forward to coming with family next time so they can experience comfort and coziness here as well.

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

The location of this home is very lively, there is a lot of food, there is no worry, there is everything nearby, there is enough space in the house, the size of the house is definitely enough, the host is very nice and willing to communicate with us to help us check in and check out, if you want to find a place that is quieter and has good living opportunities around, I recommend this one

Overall a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-located. A few small details like the address given by the host and single keycard for two guests affected convenience slightly, but it’s still a solid option.

Very convenient, 10 mins walk to subway station, lots of food around

This is a small studio apartment on a floor with several other apartments, attentive staff during business hours, and a very convenient, quiet, residential neighborhood. The room itself is basic, and really only comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. Very tall people may find the bed to be short, but it was comfortable. There was cleaning offered every other day. The floor is run by a group from the local church, and a staff member with good English skills is there to help during business hours. Several local people rent adjacent apartments. You should also plan to be quiet, and to be respectful of some lightly Christian decoration in the shared hallways. There is a delightful private courtyard and easy access from the road in a very residential neighborhood just north of 大安 park. You won't find nightlife or even many restaurants close, but the park is the main draw. Early risers will find many groups practicing tai chi and other Chinese exercises. You can even join in!

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

This apartment is beautiful, and the host is very kind. The area is also very nice!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.

OUr Family stayed for 4nights, the location exceeds what we have expected. the accessibility to the train station, 7/11, mall shops, family mart, foodcourts, bus stops is all in one place. it made our trip and transfer from one place to another more convenient since its all CONNECTED and easy transportation, considering were first timers in Taipei, it made us appreciated the transportation and accessibility to temporary residence. kudos to the effort of this Airbnb owner. five stars *****
