The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Great location, easy access to main wort seing places. Functional accomodation, a lot of space and a great view. Lovely owner, easy communication and always helpful.

I thank Ms. Aylin very much, she welcomed me very well. The location of the house is 2 minutes away from Yenimahalle Marmaraya. The house is very clean and modern. All the electronics work and are useful. I would love to come back

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. We very much enjoyed the authentic neighborhood, away from the Istanbul tourist madness, and felt comfortable in the house. Merve is super nice and like Ozkan absolutely uncomplicated.

You can also enjoy luxuries of the hotel with buffet breakfast, pool access (at an additional cost). The hosts were always responsive and answered all our questions with patience. Would definitely recommend for a short or long-term stay!

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Zeytinburnu, right next to the sea. It was really unique to enjoy the sea views while enjoying the hot tub. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, everything was thoughtfully prepared. It is also very advantageous in terms of location, easily accessible everywhere. If we come back to Istanbul, we would definitely prefer to stay here. Thanks for everything!

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The apartment was clean and tidy , it's location is very good, especially since it is in a residential complex surrounded by security , where you feel safe, in addition to the presence of a gym that is open 24 hours a day, so you can exercise at any time. The apartment is also close to public transportation, as it is close to Davutpaşa metro station (about 10 mins walking) . our host Yusuf is easy to reach and he let us check out late . There are some small notes, such as the bathroom needs points to hang clothes and towels and to fix the shower door. However, in general, the apartment is excellent.
