We enjoyed our winter vacation as a group of 7 with two kids. The layout is very nice and you could feel right at home. The house was very modern and nicely designed. Communication with the host was always friendly and always quick. A crib and chairs were provided quickly. With beautiful spring sun, we were also able to use the great terrace and garden area. The ski room was of course a must for us as winter sports enthusiasts and is very practical and stylishly furnished. We would also like to come back in the summer. So a clear recommendation!

Outstanding! The apartment is elegant and cozy…we felt treated to something special and right at home at the same time. Pam and Leon thought of every detail. We had everything we needed. The infrared sauna was perfect after a long hike. Pam helped us with restaurant reservations, hiking advice, and directions. She was very attentive when we needed it, and also gave us privacy. Get the breakfast box! A unique experience and exceptionally good! We will be forever grateful for our experience at Van’s Place!

The apartment was perfectly sufficient for four people with many possibilities to sit outdoors, even covered. It was clean and well equipped - We felt very comfortable. The location was fantastic with a beautiful and impressive view of the valley in the mountains. Anita was very friendly and open-minded. She was always available to us, took the time and gave us many tips for activities and shopping. We would definitely recommend the apartment again and also book it again.

Armin and his wife are super warm and available at any time. The apartment is really beautiful: hip furnishings, attention to detail and a balcony that captivates with its view over the Zillertal. We enjoyed the stay very much and would drive again right away!

The place was really very cozy, clean and well-appointed. The fireplace also gave us a very cozy atmosphere during the somewhat sudden snow days. At 1800 meters, the accommodation offers breathtaking views and the alpine huts around it are also very good. However, the hiking routes around the hut are somewhat limited and you probably can't get around it from time to time to drive into the valley. Communication was always straightforward and fast. Overall a super awesome stay.
