It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room with a large sofa bed, and a dining area. The apartment has a fireplace, which offers an extra charm and warmth in winter. In addition to the apartment, there is a basement where you can store bikes, skis, sleds,... You can also rent two sleds.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
