We had a great vacation in a very clean apartment with wonderful views. Greet and her husband are totally friendly and gave us many tips for parking, shopping and eating before the vacation.

Koen’s place was perfect! We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be a beautiful and relaxing base to make some day trips from. We loved hanging out in the cozy living room and getting some sun on the balcony. The beach was so close which was a real treat! Koen was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to return in the future ☀️

The apartment is great! Modern and high-quality furnishings, it has a central location but is still quiet. Two large terraces that could be a little more well-maintained, which is the only tiny drawback. Everything is clean, check-in and check-out were straightforward. We will be happy to come back!!

We have greatly enjoyed a long weekend by the sea in this apartment with our 2 small children. For us, the location close to the beach and the quiet surroundings was ideal. The nice terrace was a plus! It is a cozy, nicely decorated and neat apartment and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back!

Perfect stay! The facilities were just great. Optimal comfort. Very comfortable armchairs for watching the sunset! The apartment left us dreaming! Contact with Sara was excellent and she was very responsive!

Anouk's apartment has a beautiful view of the North Sea. It is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant time. I recommend it to anyone.

We were happy with the place. The apartment is bright, friendly and well divided. It has the most necessary things, the view from the living room directly to the sea is fantastic. The beach is directly across the street, that's luxury. You could park in the courtyard, which is only accessible through a roller door and is therefore safe. The whole area is well maintained and safe, so we could also take evening walks on the wide and long promenades with strollers without any problems. Access to the apartment is barrier-free by means of an elevator. The only criticism is the cleanliness in some places / some dust here and there, a little paint and cleaning the curtains would give the accommodation a big upgrade. The balconies were not particularly well maintained but dusty - possibly also due to the direct beach location, but overall the location makes up for it. The bathroom was very clean for that! We will be back

We had a fantastic stay at Stefanie's place. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs - a very short walk to the beach and Kusttram. Stefanie provided very clear and straightforward entry instructions. The place itself was exactly as described - cosy but neat and tidy. There is a small supermarket and a grocery shop across the road, which was really handy.

I had a pleasant stay at Evelyn and Joord's! I loved the studio, welcoming, extremely clean, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Big plus: impeccable and quality bedding! 👌🏻 The location was great for enjoying Bredene and the beach, and the tram is easily accessible if you want to go to Ostend for shopping, for example. 😉 The street, although busy, was quiet and so was the building. The bakery at the foot of the building is ideal. 🥐 Evelyn and Joord are very responsive hosts and communication was very pleasant. I'm looking forward to coming back. 😍

A few meters to the beach, right by the train, shopping on foot, restaurants nearby. You have everything near. The apartment was super clean, Veva was super nice, sent all the information in advance. A dream

What an incredibly beautiful and spacey apartment. Luxury look and everything was at hand. The location was also great. We had 5 wonderful days here with our 2 children. We would love to come back and will definitely recommend it to others.

I spent a week at Sophie's place in beautiful weather. The location of the apartment is great and everything you need is available. Sophie was accessible and helpful at all times. I'd love to come back sometime.

We (three friends) were allowed to spend two days in Viki's accommodation and are absolutely satisfied. The beach is just 1-2 minutes' walk from the property, the apartment was clean and well maintained and there was an elevator up to the 4th floor (great for luggage). The area also has everything you could ever need, from restaurants to shopping stores and supermarkets. It is only a pity that there are no parking spaces and you have to look for them. It is best to park the car in the "Koninklijkelaan" street. There, parking costs only 7.50 euros per day instead of 30 euros. All in all highly recommended, Viki responded in a very friendly way and gave us tips and provided us with a wonderful welcome champagne. Glad to come back!

The apartment was really great! It is even much larger than it looks in the photos and well equipped! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Natasja was easy to reach for all questions and always super friendly.

We had a lovely stay and it’s a beautiful place.

I like Wim's place very much and Wim is very kind to wait for us till 12am. We experienced train cancelled and Flixbus delayed due to NS strike while traveling from Amsterdam to Wim place, when we arrived it was very late and I didn't understand how the lock work. But Wim explained in patience. The place is cozy and clean, location is great with the station downstairs and attractions in walkable distance. One thing we felt odd was there was no body soap and shampoo in the bathroom, only hand soap in toilet. If Wim can change the cooking pan and kettle, which were worn out, and also add a hair dryer for the ladies, this place is perfect.

We had a very good stay. The location was ideal for us and the kids and the view is fantastic.

This is my second stay at Ben’s place and it was exactly as expected. Clean, peaceful, within minutes of the beach, and everything that you need in the apartment. Perfect for a break, the beach, and walks in the sand. We will be back. I think my dog loves coming here the most. He is so excited to get to the sea!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

the apartment is located on a quieter part of the sea dyke - bakery nearby and supermarket within walking distance - the shopping center of Ostend is a little further steps, or nearby with the coastal tram (a stop nearby) - accommodation is completely in order and the photos are truthful - Christine is very accommodating and easily accessible - if you plan a longer stay, maybe a washing machine is missing but for us this was not the case - definitely recommended stay

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very tastefully decorated, and everything we needed was available. There were even some goodies to welcome us, which we thought was very nice. Marly and Joop were very easy to reach and also proactively sent information or asked if everything was okay. With the Ebijes, we were on the waterfront in 5 minutes, and from there there were many possibilities for designated bike tours. The heated pool in the gated community was also great, of course! We recommend the accommodation 100% and say thank you for the hospitality.
