Our apartment is in a new building of a small apartment building. There's everything you need, except the TV. The 2.20 m beds are usually together, but on request we can separate them - see photo. There are nets, blinds and black-out curtains in the windows. Air conditioning. The house has its own parking space. We don't have a place to store a stroller or equipment for small children. Just an Ikea high chair. It is forbidden: parties and noisy activities, smoking even on the balcony, bringing other people. It's a space for guests looking for a place to work or relax.

The house is located in a small quiet village near the Dalešice reservoir. Lots of bike trails nearby, forgotten places where you'll come across the ruins of old castles, coves suitable for fishing.

Thanks to its equipment, it is already used for year-round living or in our case seasonal recreation. It smells of wood, bum, summer and freedom. We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
