The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 30€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Minidom je pre dobrodruhov a tích, čo si chcú zažiť a prebývať na mieste, ktoré nás doslova spája s koreňmi. Prečo?Zistíte,keď vojdete dovnútra. Má zhruba 16m2 s krbom, ponúka 2 komfortné miesta na odpočinok/spanie na prízemí a v hornej časti 2 menšie miesta. Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. All good! The hosts were super nice and helpful, the apartment was really nice, clean, warm and cozy. There were holiday decorations and toys for kids that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. There's a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, a nice park and a bunch of spa hotels within a few minutes' walk, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet. We really appreciated the double garage, too.

An expansive outdoor pool area is surrounded by elegant columns and intricate tile designs. The central pool features a decorative pattern with sun-like motifs. Sun loungers are arranged around the pool, and guests can be seen enjoying the water.

V chatke v Rajeckých Tepliciach u pani Ivetky sme s manželom a psíkom strávili predĺžený víkend. Hoci nám počasie neprialo, pobyt sme si užili kúpaním vo wellness a prechádzkami so psíkom po okolí. Chatka bola čistá, zariadená všetkým potrebným. Je situovaná vzadu vo veľmi peknej záhrade rodinného domu, kde je pokoj a súkromie. Pani Ivetka je veľmi milá a ústretová hostiteľka, ochotná vo všetkom pomôcť a poradiť. Vrelo odporúčame všetkým návštevníkom, ktorí chcú spoznať krásy Rajeckej doliny.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful, everything looks like new. The location is also very good, the center of Zilina is about 15 mins by car, and it is also a good starting point for hiking. In fact, you can start walking right from the house through the village, up into the mountains. At first I was afraid that the apartment would be noisy, as it is just by a busy road, but the rooms face the other direction and the sound insulation is also good, besides, there is barely any traffic during the night. For the size and the quality of the apartment, the price was also good. All in all, I can really recommend this place.

An outdoor seating area features two modern armchairs and a low coffee table, positioned on a spacious balcony. The surrounding landscape includes greenery and rolling hills, visible beyond the railing. Large glass doors lead back into the apartment, enhancing the connection to nature.

We were very satisfied with everything at the apartment. Spacious, spotless clean, found few snacks and even bottle of wine as welcome . Spacious terrace we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Close to everything. The pictures don’t pay justice to how nice the apartment is. We will happily come back in the future . Martin is great host, very responsive and helpful .
