"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

We had great days at the place. Benjamin was always available and the apartment absolutely corresponded to the description / the pictures. There are shops within walking distance. The beach is about a 25-minute walk.

Maarten is a very nice landlord with good ideas for activities around Breskens. The apartment is a dream! The view of the sea and the nature reserve is wonderful. The apartment is very very clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!

I was warmly welcomed by Peter and Renée upon arrival and received info about the cottage. The tiny cottage has everything that is needed and it is lovely and quiet. There was also a bottle of white wine ready and a breakfast ready for the next day. So everything was top notch.

Very centrally located and in a quiet street, within walking distance of restaurants and sights of the beautiful city of Middelburg. Contact with Talitha went well, responded quickly and had good tips and advice. Very cozy cottage, full of comforts and wonderfully clean and fresh. Partly thanks to this accommodation, we have been able to enjoy a long Pentecost weekend. Also nice: a nice bottle of bubbles and a snack were ready on arrival to immediately start the party! We spent 1 nice week at the place. With a fantastic view of fields and the garden as well as a friendly welcome from the nice hosts, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped, nicely decorated and quietly located. There are plenty of seats inside and outside the house. We especially liked the bench overlooking the field. All excursion destinations and shops were very easy and quick to reach by car. We can fully recommend the accommodation and would come back anytime if we were to vacation in the area again.
