This is a wonderful place to stay! Everything was so clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would ever want and more! It was great to spend time in the outdoor space. There is a big screen TV and speaker there. There's a roof over the kitchen and tables, so it was usable even when it rained. There is a parking space within the yard, behind a secure gate. Although there were just 2 of us, this would be a great place for a larger group. I highly recommend staying here.

Sandra is an excellent host,everything has been easy. Without a doubt,if I go back to Zamora I would repeat it again.

A narrow balcony extends from the white exterior, featuring a glass table surrounded by sunlight. Large glass windows on either side allow natural light to fill the area, while the wooden flooring adds warmth to the space.

Thank you for all the help, going without knowing is a challenge sometimes, however your help made everything known. The facilities are in excellent condition and the place is very nice. Thanks for the attention.

Quiet Hummingbird House at Lush Oasis

We feel eternally grateful to have been able to spend a month in such a beautiful, peaceful spot. The casita is as pictured with everything you need for an extended stay. Our main goal in traveling to Ecuador this time was to find somewhere peaceful and the river, birds, and trees surrounding casita colibrí provided everything we could hope for. Kim Ho was a wonderful host: easy to communicate with and incredibly friendly, helpful, and positive. We loved the walk to town and found getting taxis back part way if needed very easy. We also were amazed at the hikes we could do right out the gate- there is so much to see in every direction! I will note that we had some troubles with both mold and mildew. This is not surprising given that we were traveling during the rainy season and likely not a fault of the casita, but it was a constant effort to keep our clothes/items mold-free. Kim Ho recommended using vinegar to clean and that was very helpful but I would consider this while packing.
