Super nice and perfectly located apartment. The nearest AH supermarket is less than 5 min. Away. You can walk to the train station (train to Amsterdam) in 15 min. Parking is right outside the door. The apartment is great and above all comfortably furnished. All in all, we highly recommend the apartment.

This place was absolute perfect for our long stay in the Netherlands. Closet space was emptied for our convenience and all amenities were perfect for a comfortable stay. We loved the lush garden and my kid especially loved the trampoline in de garden. As bonus we took care of their cat Karel and we fell in love 😻. This place is well suited for a stay with kids with games available and gorgeous kids bedrooms. The indoor plant garden might have been my personal favourite feature. Nearby we were advised to visit Zaanse Schans (go for an early morning run/bike ride and you’ll have the place to yourself) and go exploring in the dunes and the Twiske nature park, all in close proximity of the house. Thank you to the hosts, this was a very memorable stay!

Nice house very well located near Amsterdam, possibility to park near the accommodation which is appreciated , matches the photos , we had a pleasant new year .

We did not meet Collin in person, but the communication in advance and also during the stay was always timely, very friendly and helpful. He provided us with very good information about the place and the surroundings in advance. Since the Wtter was very hot, Colin put extra fans in the bedrooms. The house and also the garden are very comfortably furnished. The garden is completely fenced with an opaque wooden fence, which was very important for us with a dog. There are great gas patches right from the garden gate. Everything was as described, we had a great relaxing holiday and highly recommend the place. Thanks to Colin and Greta for our great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here whilst visiting Amsterdam. An easy walk to the station to get a train into the city. The house was very clean and tidy and comfortable for our holiday. It was a very peaceful area. Main highlight - the amazing bakery at the end of the street. Fresh croissants for breakfast!

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

Beautiful, small accommodation right on the waterfront. Rik also has chickens, a rabbit and a pig. The children particularly liked that. Since this is a tiny house, it is only partially suitable for small children/babies (ladders and steps cannot be secured). We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

We spent 10 wonderful days of our honeymoon in this beautiful house and it was just perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, cozily decorated and we didn't miss anything. We particularly liked the fenced garden, which was ideal for our dog - he could move freely while we sat outside relaxed. A real highlight was the hot pod. Thanks to Martha and Paul's detailed and friendly description, the use was super easy and everything worked perfectly. Especially in the evening, it was a fantastic addition to our vacation. Martha and Paul were always available, incredibly warm and helpful, you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely be happy to come back. It was the perfect place for us to unwind and enjoy our honeymoon.

Our stay can be described in one word: EXCELLENT!!! Maaike is a great host! She is easily approachable, is incredibly welcoming. Her service is beyond amazing! We know one thing for sure, we'd love to come back here again!

The place and the neighborhood are very nice, clean. Very helpful ladies at the front desk, clear instructions, easy access to the bus to Amsterdam. The only thing, the place is close to the airport and you can hear every plane. Otherwise, I recommend.

Great place to spend the holidays, very quiet, surrounded by nature, close to everything by bus.

It was a great and enjoyable experience. Most importantly, it was very affordable.

The tiny house was great for a week and two people. Despite the roundabout of the tiny houses, you have your privacy by being separated by high shrubs. The hot tub can be used for a fee of €25, unfortunately it is very dark there, as the outdoor lighting did not work.
