Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. This authentic cozy studio apartment is part of a charming 17th-century canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! It also has its own entrance on the lowest floor. We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. We live in the other part of the house and are available to help or inform you.
