Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from Le Mans city center, 10 min from the 24h circuit and 5 min from the European Cheval Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when rented).

Ideally located near the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 15 minutes from the European Horse Pole and 10 minutes from the Changé wood and 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The blinière is in a charming green setting of 12500 m2. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.
