Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yufuincho Kawakami

Location was on a good walking distance from station, center and also YouMe town department store. If you arrive/leave by highway bus, the Beppu busstop is also on walking distance. The apartment itself was accessible by elevator. Everything looked clean, plenty of amenities. The washer/dryer in the appartement was a great addition. Amane's instructions were clear for check in and was also very responsive. On the day of check in I also received some instructions about the utilities of the apartment. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend it. The location really makes it easy to go different surrounding cities as well by train or bus. Amane was a good host and very friendly in responding as well.

Very clean and comfortable stay, and really like the area. Parking was easy and walkable to many restaurants further down from the apartment.

The host is very nice and provided us with a lot of help. The room is also very large and clean. It is just right for a family to stay. It feels like home. It is very close to the shopping street. The station, restaurant, and shops are all nearby. It is very convenient to walk. I sincerely recommend this good listing.👍

My sister, I, and a dog stayed for 3 nights.On the 4th floor, I knew that the stairs and parking lot were coin-operated parking in the neighborhood, so that was within my expectations.The room was very clean and I didn't have any problems.I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but I'm very grateful for the kindness😅 you've shown me. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused💦. This is one of the inns I'd like to stay at again when I return to Oita.😊

Our experience in Beppu was exceptionally enjoyable. I highly recommend it as an ideal destination for a trip with friends.

Beppuairbnb was a great place to stay during our short visit to Beppu- we would definitely stay here again. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. (We didn’t cook while here though, so I didn’t pay attention to what the kitchen had). The host had great photos and directions for finding the parking space and getting into the building. The host was also very responsive. They sent a pdf of things to do/places to eat, and also quickly answered questions I had about some places.

Very well-equipped, very clean and quiet accommodation. Access instructions are clear, and a supermarket is within a minute's walk! So we had a nice stay there.

Near the accommodation, it was close to Japanese entertainment and Beppu Station, and there was a lot to eat nearby, so it was nice to be able to buy ingredients and cook and eat at a nearby grocery store. After 8 o'clock, there are many restaurants nearby, so I recommend using a convenience store.

The onsen house was awesome and offered a different experience than the usual ryokan in an onsen town. The place was spacious and had the amenities needed for an overnight stay as a family of four. One tip for those driving in is to try to arrive when there is daylight as the roads leading to the house were very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre, especially where it is one way only. The roads leading back to the main Street were wider but had many pedestrians, so driving in the area just takes a bit of patience…but all aside, the onsen in the house made it all worth it.

The exterior looks like an old house, but the interior was beautiful and comfortable.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay in Beppu- Sakura's home was clean beautiful and spacious. The location was so close to grocery store, 7 eleven restaurants and a large mall- and of course the ocean. The house was very clean, well stocked- so many towels- which were very useful given the most excellent onsen that we used regularly. Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time. Sakura was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Beppu!

Two years ago, I liked the accommodation so much on a trip with my friends, so I chose it again without hesitation when planning a trip with my family this time. The whole family was satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at Fumio's house immensely. The house was immaculate and very comfortable and from a top room we hd a view of the sea! A mere 15-minute walk took us to Kannawa station and old Beppu. Fumio is an incredibly polite host, very attentive and all in all our stay was an utter delight. He showed our kid his garden/field and let him taste some of the produce ("Best tomatoes ever!'). Can highly recommend.

The place is great for relaxation as it is quiet and peaceful due to low traffic. It is close to the Flora Village and a short walk over from the place of lodging. If you're driving, do take note not to drive a wide space car as maneurving to the lodging location may be a challenge due to the narrow lane. Else, the place is nice.

The apartment is just wonderful. The Zen garden with the private onsen and sauna invite you to linger. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a toilet on each floor. The house offers a good starting point for excursions to the "Seven Hells" but also a good connection to the train station or the city center. The beds are hard, it depends very much on what you prefer. The only annoying thing is the number of mosquitoes, especially in the bedroom 🙈

Just a perfect flat, everything what you need wirh good Connections to the center! The onsen was very relaxing and Together with the sauna a perfect spa retreat for The night :) i can fully recommend it :)!

I was worried about my first trip to Beppu, but it was close to the train station, so I was able to travel very comfortably. I traveled at Christmas time and really appreciated the Christmas cake the host prepared for me. There were a lot of restaurants around the accommodation, so I ate out, and if you go down a little bit, it was good for shopping because it was at Tokiwa Department Store. I think it would be a good choice if you are preparing for a trip to Beppu.

The foreigner at the receptionist was friendly and my 1-year-old son asked for a high touch (^ ^) It was a good trip.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
