Charming house with a lovely garden room with sliding doors and a wood stove. Access to boat without engine and paddle board. Large area to play on with playground equipment. On the veranda there is outdoor furniture, a 3-meter dining table and 12 dining chairs and a grill. Inside you can seat 12 people and there are 2 wood-burning stoves, as well as a heat pump. There is also an electric car charger and good parking at the house. Welcome to a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

Flott turterreng både sommer og vinter. Kort avstand til fjell og fiskevann. Populære turmål fra hytta er Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet og Omnsfjellet. Innlagt strøm og innlagt brønnvann . Ca 70 min fra Trondheim ( Buss stopp like ved avkjøring til hytte ). Sommerstid 200 meter gange etter planker/sti fra parkering. Om vinteren er det ca 1,1km på ski/truger. TV abonnement med bla Premier League og Champions League.
