Loisel Plantation home is a beautifully restored old home (circa 1830) sitting on Bayou Teche. Private and beautiful surroundings. It is close to Jeanerette, Franklin, and New Iberia. We had good communication with Jeff, John, and Cyndi. We would stay again.

Brand new apartment, I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The host took care of every detail. Very good communication, attentive and kind host.

This little sudio is adorable. I was worried about the natural light, but it was so cozy. Extremely clean. Very private, but walkable neighborhood, and 15 mins walk to Breaux Bridge center. I loved the outdoor space to read and write, and even more peaceful when it rained on the tin roofs. Katie truly is a Superhost.

We booked spontaneously and late at night. Thanks for for this flexibility. It was a cool Appartement with a wonderful host. Thanks!

This was our second stay at Annette’s place. It felt like home in the comfy, clean space with plenty of room. The full size refrigerator and washer and dryer are a bonus. We loved walking down the road to see the horses and the chickens were fun to watch. I highly recommend Annette’s place. Both she and her husband are great hosts, very personable and wonderful to talk to.

We had a great time. Loved the place, decor, it was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Only small thing was being able to see in house at night through front door and other windows. We loved it though and will stay again next time we are in area!!!

Beautiful home with a big front porch and magnificent magnolia tree. Good location you can walk downtown from here.. kitchen has everything you can think of but you might have to hunt for some stuff.

The place was peaceful, clean, and felt right at home. The host was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

His place was very clean and cozy. It is walking distance to an excellent restaurant called Whiskey and Vine. Best steak ever! As a host, he is very responsive and friendly.

Overall 10/10. I’m a Louisiana native and know the area well, but this place would be consider a hidden gem. Overall, the host was responsive, proactive in his approach and clear and concise on check-in, expectations and the entire process was a breeze. D&S marketed, represented and maintained this place well. Also, as a “neat freak” I appreciate the small details of the cleanliness, neatness and organization of everything. Not a singe complaint about anything. Anytime I’m visiting home, this is my first place I’m checking its availability.

We had a Wonderful Stay at Steve’s Airb&b! His Home was so Beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The host were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend their home for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway A complete five star for me! Also, I grew up in Lafayette, and the location could not be more convenient to absolutely everything. They did a great job finding this spot to build their beautiful home. Had a lovely time! Apartment was clean and tidy and within great distance to everything. It was quiet and comfortable with a lovely courtyard to sit in. I really enjoyed my trip!

Wanted just a relaxing weekend and we got that!!! Great location!!! The couch was so comfy I took more naps on the couch than the comfy bed. Super close to so many great places as well

Was affordable, very clean and was pet friendly. Perfect for what we needed.

Judd is a wonderful host. He is helpful and answers promptly. The neighborhood is great . There is a nearby school with drop off and pick up of children in the area just be mindful of these times 7:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:30 to 3:30 pm during the school year. It is not bad it is just something to consider if you have a time contstraint. I have stayed at Judd's multiple times. Always a pleasure to stay and speak to him.

My wife and I go to Lafayette at least once per year for family, friends, dancing and eating. Gerald's property is our go to spot when in Lafayette. Gerald communicates well and is always available for questions and or problems. the location is close to Lafayette General Hospital, downtown Lafayette, the Lafayette airport and many good restaurants. the location is in a vey safe area.
