We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was lovely, spacious and pristine, the neighborhood was peaceful and there was a lot to do nearby. We especially enjoyed grilling out in the yard and our time at the neighborhood pool. Millie was very responsive and friendly, answering all of our questions right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in town.

Very peaceful place, and private. The instructions to get there were clear and very accurate. We were kindly greeted when we arrived in case we had any questions. The pool was clean along with everything else. There was a handwritten welcome note on the kitchen counter along with water bottles, coffee amenities, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, etc.. very thoughtful.. the design inside the home was very fitting to the location. Fire pit/grill was perfect. Very peaceful place.

it's a beautiful home and siuted us for our needs. we found everything we needed and was so easy to use. isoken came to help with a situation right away and checked with us the next morning anybody looking for a home away from home this is the place. we will return in future

Spacious, extremely clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with stylish furniture and every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, making meals easy, and the whole space felt like a home away from home. The outdoor area was a highlight—tons of yard space with cornhole, a fire pit , a pool, and multiple seating areas including a cozy deck setup and a fun garage hangout spot with a ping pong table and seating. It was private, peaceful, and overall perfect! Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything completely hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Rob and Heather’s home in Pineville was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family who lived nearby. The home was well decorated and very, very clean. Every bedroom had a comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a noise machine, so we all got really great sleep! Rob and Heather were incredible hosts and proactive and responsive communicators. We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in town!

Excellent bungalow, everything was new and in good condition. Plenty of space kitchen was stocked and appliances were brand new as well. I would recommend it.

Outstanding place right outside of Charlotte. Best hosts I’ve ever had. Perfect spot or a small family getaway or a couple buddies on a fishing/golf trip.

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. It was the perfect, quiet spot for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Winthrop University. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Tom’s house. We were staying here for an AAU tournament and this place was very convenient To the sports event center. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute and conveniently located. This place was easy to find and the instructions to enter the home were clear. Communication and hospitality was five star! Spotless upon arrival and everything was neat, organized, clean and easily accessible. Great and safe location (just yards away from the local Police station). Walkable to Main Street and parks which was a plus! Appreciate that they allow for furry friends and the yard is fenced in. The home is on a quiet street which is always a plus! The beds were comfortable and all the bedding, sheets and towels were fresh and new. I would highly recommend Ryan's place and will consider it when I visit the Fort Milly, SC area again.

Wonderful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in Rock Hill. Very close drive to Charlotte and surrounding areas. Lots of space and plenty of room for guests. Rachelle was a very gracious hostess and was very responsive to questions about the property ahead of time and during our stay! We would definitely come back!

Brian's home was just right for our trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and the location was great. There were plenty of stores nearby and it was just a few minutes to get into Charlotte. We didn't eat in much, but the kitchen was well stocked for whatever you might need. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful back yard where we saw a doe with her 2 fawns and fireflies! Not something we get to see at home, so a big deal for us.

Stephen was very responsive to questions I had and I really appreciated that. The house was in a great location with a grocery store close by. The house was spacious for our family. The master bedroom had a huge walk in closet and some of our grandkids slept in their. I will definitely consider staying there again if we have a family trip to Charlotte.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this Airbnb! The home was immaculate and the attention to details was obvious! I felt like we were the first guests to stay there. The furnishings were perfect and the beds very comfortable. The sheets and towels even smelled amazing 😊. Lorraine provides for guests above and beyond. We definitely would stay at this lovely home again! Best Airbnb experience yet!

We arrived to find the Cozy Cottage even more convenient to the interstate and good places to eat than we realized. We even walked to a nearby Barbecue restaurant that was authentic and delicious. Despite the proximity to roads that could quickly take you anywhere you wanted to go, the actual street was a dead end and quiet. We slept peacefully on the luxurious mattresses and bedding. The house is even cuter than we imagined, with everything remodeled except the gleaming original hardwood floors. The four of us were so at home and found all the furniture to be comfortable and pristine. The kitchen exceeded expectations with high-end appliances perfect for the space and any pans or dishes needed to enjoy dining in. There were five different ways to make coffee!!!! We could accommodate other family dropping by to visit. Everyone commented on the shower and its size and water fixtures, as well as the laundry. Our hosts went out of their way when we requested an extension of our stay.

Leslie was an amazing host and I had a great month long stay. The house was well stocked and the backyard was a dream.

We loved the simple decor of the whole place. At night it can be noisy due to the city surroundings but the area is quiet.The pool table was a great bonus for entertainment!
