My husband and I were in town for a retirement party and we feel so fortunate that we found Joy and Ronnie’s Airbnb! Everything was absolutely perfect for us and the space was decorated so nicely with great amenities. We were very comfortable. Our hosts were super friendly and communication was A1! We will definitely be returning and recommend this Airbnb. Thank you both so much for a wonderfully pleasant stay!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Perfect place to stay for a Bar Mitzvah weekend in Riverdale

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Everything was great! Checking in was easy. The place was clean. The neighborhood was nice. I would recommend it to anyone in the area or driving into NYC. One of the best Airbnb places that I've stayed.

Fantastic spot with views of the lake from the deck. Easy to walk down to the beach and had fun with the kayaks. Lots of space for the kids to run around and play on the open plan kitchen/lounge. Quick drive into town for great shops and places to eat. A lovely community by the lake.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Martha's. The place was nicely decorated with TV's in each bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to Hastings town with restaurants and the metro north station. Having a parking spot was also great!

This place is like heaven!! Charming and beautiful views of Greenwood Lake. The beds were super comfortable and the place was well equipped with everything you could need. Great communication with our hosts. Highly recommend this place!!

This beautiful lake house is a lovely retreat from the chaos of the city. We spent the day lounging by the dock, and relaxing in the sun. It was awesome to have a full private bar with your own pool table right in the house!

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

What a wonderful experience! I wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday and this was a fantastic place to do it! We had a terrific time. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Location was great . Visited 2 Farmer’s market and enjoyed the beauty in general. We will return! Thank you for being a gracious host!❤️

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

I will run out of words and space if I try to describe all the good things about this stay and the hosts. This beautifully maintained Airbnb offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The space is thoughtfully decorated with tasteful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. From the cozy living area to the well-equipped kitchen and serene bedroom, every corner of the rental reflects attention to detail and care. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely kind, they are always available for questions or local recommendations, while still respecting your privacy. And lastly the airbnb is so conveniently located from all the important places that you might need during your stay. Be it food, grocery stores or the well-connected Newark Penn station everything is literally within 5 mins of walk.

I loved this stay! Everything is fairly easy to set up and the jacuzzi was lovely. We didn't get to use the grill because of the rain, HOWEVER we shortly realized that there is an automatic roof that will extend from outside of the RV and cover most of the grounds when there is precipitation or too much sun. Many amenities, a lot of room for 4-5 people to sleep. Storage space everywhere. You'll have a lot to do, play some pool or ping pong and use the portable speaker to play your favorite tunes. Fridge and cabinets are also full of sauces and spices for cooking. Small issues we had were: Stove is a little tricky, but the host was quick and responsive and sent a short YouTube video. We got it super quickly. Lock on gate was a pain to work with. Neighborhood: you may not want to venture out at night too much. A little rough around the edges, I'd stay inside the premises or drive/take an Uber if you need to buy food/etc. Overall a place I'd stay again with friends.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

Wow! I booked this lovely home just a few days prior to needing it and it was all we expected and more. It has 2 private docks on the upper part of Greenwood Lake with Adirondack chairs right by the water. The lots are separated with fences and shrubs and so it seems very private. Heron, geese, ducks and other birds visited our dock and yard. The town of Greenwood Lake had what we needed: ice cream, beer (go to Friendly Beer for the best selection), a few restaurants/food trucks & a Dunkin. We loved the hot tub and appreciated the board games since the weather was rainy at times. Rules and checkout procedures were simple and clear cut and John was responsive and helpful when messaged on the app. Any issues we had were unforeseen and dealt with immediately. We would love to stay here again!

This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

Caroline's place is immaculate! When we first walked in, I was struck by the spaciousness, how well it was cared for, and a feeling of being home! All was as described by Caroline. This was our second stay in Yonkers, and we love the neighborhood. It is situated closely to the City, but has a very laid-back feel. The local Irish pubs are wonderful and offer a welcoming and friendly environment. Highly recommended!!!

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Kirk’s place was a peace of mind “Very CLEAN” quiet neighborhood and building was quiet as well definitely a place of place and relaxation. I am definitely going to book again.

I loved it will be rebooking if available for my next trip host was very nice!!!
