We enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. There was excellent sunlight and airflow through the apartment. It is very near the main shopping street of Otaru, but still quiet as the apartment is tucked away up a hill. The neighbours upstairs were a little noisy at times, but were ok after 10pm. The assigned parking lot is a little far but you can drop off your luggages first. It's a good apartment to explore Otaru from. Thanks for the lovely stay, Yumi!

小樽錦園昭和時代榻榻米房10畳　101和室

上个世纪二三十年代，小樽作为北海道第一大港，已取代函馆成为北海道的商业和金融中心。手宫则是当时小樽最繁华的区域，各种银行典当行林立。120年前，在现在锦园民宿的位置，建造了一间典当行，它的两座石仓库至今仍在锦园院内，仓库内还有大正时期的灯具完好存留。六十年前，民宿的前任主人接手了典当行，在石仓库之外延伸建造了这栋房子。2017年底，我们接手锦园，保留了它古朴的原本样子，包括昭和风格的和室，精心养护60多年的日式院子。这间客房位于一楼面积有25平方米，是一间和室榻榻米房，内有独立卫生间和洗面台，浴室为公用，房间内的家具都有百年历史，是典型的日式传统建筑，房间有落地玻璃窗，窗外是养护了60年的日式庭院，春季开始各种名贵树种花儿争相绽放，庭院里的松树已经生长180年！步行15分钟就是手宫公园，无论春，夏，秋它都是一出风景优美，让人流连忘返的好去处！步行10分钟就是当地人垂钓的地方，我们备有渔具和烤炉，徒步5分钟有早市和24小时超市。小樽站3号巴士站台有多辆巴士直达，只需10分钟即可到达，步行到运河也只有15分钟，夏季我们为您贴心准备了自行车，为您的旅途增添一份精彩。

Yumi’s place is clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 had a good night rest after flying for hours, then a half day road trip to Otaru. We are so glad we chose this place. The place is private and also close to the main Otaru attractions.

房東跟她的小朋友都很友善,房間住起來也很舒適. 附近有一家lawson 離火車站公車站都很近想去手稻或onze滑雪都很方便

オーシャンビューという最高のロケーション、広々とした空間、高級感のある調度品など、すべてが最高でした！経営者仲間5名で合宿しました。本当に楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。仲間は夏も家族とか社員との合宿とかで使いたいと言ってました。札幌からも近いですし、確かにそういうのには良いかなと。セイコーマートというコンビニも近くて便利です。あと串銭という居酒屋がめちゃくちゃ美味くて安かったです。徒歩8分くらいの場所にあるので、是非とも行ってみて欲しいです。
