Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Tatev is Extremely Helpful. Her apartment is Amazing, With a woman's touch. The building is having low level renovations, So there's no construction noise. The location is two blocks from Gold's gym. In the community there is Fresh food everywhere, A 3 minute walk past Gold's gym is a larger Food market where the staff can also cook any of the protein choices to your desired specifications. The fish are still alive in the display tank, With a friendly staff and a taxi service near by. Across the street from the apartment next to the bakery is a bus stop. There are larger shopping areas in both directions within a 10 minute walk. Tatev will easily help you with any questions. The Views are postcard perfect, With mountains and the local community. And, The faucet water is better than most bottle water. The elevators work. But, if you like to exercise take the 12 floor challenge for a quick cardio workout. This is a great deal for the price.

The apartment is lovely! It is a bright space, everything is new, and it is nicely set up for a comfortable stay. Having two full bathrooms is an added bonus. It is conveniently located for an easy walk to anything in central Yerevan, and because it faces the courtyard it is also quiet and serene. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

L'appartement était très bien, Vazgen a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés et plusieurs épiceries dans les alentours. La climatisation était agréable. L'eau chaude était parfois compliquée à régler. Merci à Vazgen de m'avoir aidé à porter les valises 😄

Awesome, clean, new, and good looking

Комфортно провели пару ночей, есть газовая колонка и мощный обогреватель, которые не дали нам замёрзнуть.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Чудовий будинок, який ідеально підійшов нашій сімʼї. Всередині є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина, кондиціонери, телевізор, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. Єдине, чого не вистачало - це WiFi. Власник дуже ввічливий в любʼязний, відповів на всі питання.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Если вы путешествуете большой компанией ,да еще и на машине это точно то что надо для веселого отдыха.. Очень радушно встретил нас и на протяжении всего отдыха по любому вопросу был на связи хозяин дома. Апартаменты были чистые и полностью соответствовали фото. Все необходимое было в наличии. Наш отдых был оправдан ну а утренний кофе во дворе в беседке в окружении роз стоил всего.

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Yerevan! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and impeccably clean everything was. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Yerevan. We loved being able to step out and instantly have access to so many fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and great places to explore. It made our 3-day stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, and we had plenty to do just within walking distance. Souren, the host, was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. He was attentive, responsive, and took great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. His responsibility and attention to detail truly made a difference. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan – it’s the ideal combination of comfort, style, and unbeatable location!

Wow! Not sure where to start. Svetlana was an incredibly responsive, genuine, and warm host. Her adorable apartment in the middle of the city was a gold mine! It was an absolutely amazing location walkable to everything in Yerevan, including restaurants, shows, historical sites, concerts, you name it! She was so amazing at communicating with me for all the needs of the four of us ladies staying at her charming Airbnb. I feel so lucky that I found her spot after searching for so long. All the amenities were there, it was clean and comfortable, phenomenal location ( truly- you cannot get better than this spot) and she was fantastic. We had such an amazing time and we’ll absolutely return to her Airbnb when we come back again next year! If you’re a history lover like me, you will LOVE this gem of an apartment!
