Ralph’s place was located in the heart of the city! Clean and the actual room matched on whats being posted. He assisted us from the moment we arrived and even allowed to check out late. We look forward to coming back in Yerevan and will definitely recommend Ralph’s pad.

Hayk was kind and attentive all the time, always writing to us and giving us tips on where to go. The room is well located, you can walk to several sights in the city. I recommend it!

Nice new apartment. All good, but there are a lot of construction works around building. So it’s a little bit loud in daytime.

I would highly recommend this apt. And the owner Hayk is a superstar host! - tastefully done apartment. space wise enough for me. apt is what you see in pictures. - clean white linen and very comfortable bed and excellent A/c. very clean apt - small details that are important to me as a long term solo traveller (e.g. provided detergent, hand held weighing scale) - in quite neighbourhood. near edge of the circle that forms core (so about 15 min walk to repblic sq but on other hand lots of dines on the street and on pushkin st and closer to cascades) - super responsive even msg at 10;30 in night. and above all a genuineness in correspondence that is missing in today's commerical world. provided very good recommendations I had a special request and Hayk graciously accepted it.
