Our villa is a duplex private property within a 700 m2 area. There is a private pool of 32 m2, which is maintained all year round. Inside there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 3 wall air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 dining room. While our stone villa offers you the simplicity that our soul needs, it is also only 1-2 minutes walking distance to the entertainment places of Alaçatı, clubs, restaurants and grocery store, 10-15 minutes by car to a very popular beach.

It’s an ideal location for guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere; however, it may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.
