Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Yen Hoa

It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. It has everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

This apartment was the highlight of my stay in Hanoi! (I moved around a bit as I was staying for a while). Truc bach is an ideal location - 3 mins to an incredible sunset view, and generally very close to the old quarter (10 mins by bike). The apartment was so comfortable - the bed was amazing, the shower pressure was in incredible and generally I had the best time. I even extended my stay for three more nights here.

Vivian was an absolutely delightful host: attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She made sure we had everything we needed, from baking utensils to flower vases, and communication was always smooth and straightforward. We stayed for a month, and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for: a cozy little cocoon in Hanoi, tucked away from the chaos of the city center. It offered a beautiful view and was very well connected to the rest of the city by bus. As some reviews have mentioned, the apartment does look a bit older than in the photos, but Vivian let us know she was planning to repaint right after our stay, so it should look even better now! Other than that, we had an amazing time and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for everything, Vivian: we highly recommend your place!

A very nice apartment, the place looked like the pictures, very nice location along the lake side. Not too far from the old quarter and a lot of places to see around while being on the lake and in a more peaceful area of the city. The host and staff were friendly and proactive about every question that we had and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to everyone who’s looking to stay in Hanoi.

This was one of the best places we booked during our stay in Vietnam. It’s outside the very busy and noisy center (Hoan Kiem), although it’s within walking distance from it and the neighborhood has many highly rated cafes, restaurants and bars if you want to enjoy your time sitting by the lake at any time of the day! The apartment was clean, very spacious and the equipment seemed quite new (which added to the cleanliness) and of course it had a perfect view of the Truc Bach lake! Our host was very informative and helpful before and after our arrival there! Only thing I would like to be slightly better, is a bit more clean balcony although I understand the difficulty of that request in such a big city. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying there if you’re looking for a cozy, quiet and really beautiful place in Hanoi!!

Very nice and private area in the bustling city of Hanoi where you can feel peace throughout the entire day. 2mins walk to the nearest convenient store and some local & Japanese food around the vicinity. Many bars open at night but I didn’t visit. Cafe right below the apartment and many more within few minutes of walk in either directions, spoilt for choices! There’s also a department store about 7 mins of walking along the main road where you can visit and do some shopping. Will definitely come back again to stay when I visit Hanoi again :)

The unit almost feels like hotel, and regular housekeeping services are available. You have all the basic amenities and toiletries. A plus for us was being able to use the laundry machines as well as cook for the duration of our stay. The building also has an elevator which made going up and down very easy. We had to move rooms sometime during our almost month-long stay for unit maintenance, but we were transferred to a very comparable room. The nearby lakes are beautiful and I found the area quiet enough even with nearby road constructions. It was nice cycling around the area or just walking. . Old quarter isn't too far away as well. Yen is a very responsive host and receives feedback well. We're thankful for the hospitality we experienced and we hope to be back soon.

Mr Nam's home in the heart of Hanoi is a perfect glimpse into the local life. The location is perfect, easy walking to many shops, restaurants and of course, the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake. Would definitely recommend Mr. Nam's Vietnamese style home to make your stay in Hanoi authentic and lovely. Mr. Nam is easy to communicate with and made check in and check out very easy. Nguyen’s place was incredible! If you are looking for a place with great views, a comfortable atmosphere, quiet, private, and safe, this place is exactly what you're looking for.

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

I stayed there 3 months with my girlfriend and our dog, and everything during the stay went great! Vivian (the host) was super helpful and reactive, and went above and beyond assisting us for everything we needed. Location also is perfect as everything Is in walking distance, the centre is not far but still is not too trafficked. Would definitely stay again! :D

Our 4 th stay at this accommodation so gos with out saying, it full fills or your needs and more. Would highly recommend as Hotel standard but very reasonably priced

First of all, the house was very spacious and clean, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the location was 30 minutes to the center. Most of the locals live in this area, there are cafes and markets nearby. The owner of the house responds immediately, and if you want to rent a motorbike, the lady working there will help you. I would like to thank Kim Phuong, who is a very helpful and good person. She is a very sincere and good person.
