We loved our stay at Jenny’s place! The views were great, the place was spotless, and she even left us a half dozen farm fresh eggs for breakfast, which were delicious. They have a few cats that run around a lot upstairs, but they were not a problem (we saw a few in the window and they were adorable). We will want to come back out to the Shenandoah Valley again, and when we do, we really hope to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this mountain getaway. The house was beautiful and had so many small touches that we very much appreciated. Such as hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, kitchen and grill gadgets for every occassion and kindling for the firepit. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Check in and check out was explained very well and we got in and out with ease. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were great and it was easy to tell the pride of ownership they have for this home. Thanks for a wonderful trip and stay!!!!

A beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of work, electronics and life. Here lies a retreat with books, puzzles, games, even coloring books for some artistic therapy if you choose to do so. The enclosed sun room with the comfortable seating as well as the outside deck made this the perfect getaway in nature. The attention to detail was appreciated in regards to the decor and the feel goods from the linens to the cleanliness of the cabin. You are close enough to explore things if you choose, or stay close to the cabin and cast a line. Jim sent messages in advance and was very responsive to messages sent. Definitely will be back to this hideaway in the woods.
