Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yelapa

I don’t think I could’ve picked a more perfect spot to stay for my trip to PV. Such a beautiful unit just a few steps from anything you want to do in Zona Romantica. Seriously, I don’t think I had to walk more than 3 to 5 minutes to get to any bars, restaurants, and shopping that I wanted to do. The Samson Waters team was so nice and helpful with check-in and everything during my stay. Definitely book here! I’ll be back for sure 🩶🩶

The place was exactly as advertised. Close to everything with an incredible view! AC worked well & the bed was comfortable. There’s many stairs to walk up and it can be a bit loud since you’re right in town. I highly recommend Casa Romina!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was even more beautiful in person with great views of the city and mountains. The apt has literally everything you need if you forget to pack something. Everything was walking distance and easy access for Ubers. The building is extremely secure with nice staff. Loved the pool and bar service plus the gym has all equipment . The AC was perfect. If you’re traveling during rainy season just be mindful during bad storms the power will go out for a few moments but it’s nothing too crazy. Thank you Austin and staff for a great stay. We will be back !

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el alojamiento de Melanie. Es un lugar limpio que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, tal cual como se observa en las fotografías. Está muy bien ubicado a tan solo unas cuadras de la playa y a unos pasos de tiendas o restaurantes. La comunicación siempre fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Tuvimos un fin de semana increíble. La casa es amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. La alberca es deliciosa, siempre calientita y perfecta para relajarse. Viajamos con dos perritos y la casa fue ideal también para ellos: segura, con espacio y pet friendly. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

You can stop your search! THIS IS THE PLACE! The crew was wonderful! The unit was amazing 🤩 they are wonderful, so just know that you chose right with this place !

I really enjoyed my stay at Marek's place. The location is perfect for exploring PV, Zone of Romantica particularly. Beautiful one bedroom modern condo. Spotless and very clean. The balcony is very pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee taking in the beautiful view. The rooftop has an amazing ambiance and vanity pool with a breathtaking view of PV. Friendly staff who are there 24 hours. You're a quick 5 min walk to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the beach as well. His place is nice and quiet. Close enough to the nightlife to walk but far enough where you don't hear it at night. I also really loved the bedroom and shower. I give this place a 10/10 for me personally. This will be my first choice from now on when traveling to PV. Highly recommend.
