Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Yelapa

Ana, was a gracious hostess, bent over backwards for us non-speaking spanish people, with the locals (taxis) and arranged all the trips as well as the from and back to the airport!!!👍 This property and accommodation(s) are as unique as you could imagine. Spending time with the jungle animals, birds and even things in the night that you just don’t know exactly what it was. Highly recommend but for us older people, a golf cart is my suggestion if you don’t have your own transportation. Lovely stay and hope to get the opportunity to visit again. Ron & Yvonne (BC Canada)

Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

STAY HERE! A hidden oasis. Interior of the home is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. Layout of the house is such that you can gather with family and friends or have quiet space for yourself. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and garden so much that we debated on whether we should go to the beach or enjoy our pool time! The house is set back from the main road so it feels very private. It is also located next to a private, gated community so is quiet. Homero is an excellent communicator. He even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. (The taxi even arrived early). Regarding the AC - just make sure the bathroom door on the ground level is closed, same with the top level.

This is a special place in Sayulita; it’s a quick walk to the plaza, beach, and many great restaurants. This place is great because there are common areas and private rooms with bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again!

Stunning home, looked like it was out of Architectural Digest, literally. It was right in the mix but extremely quiet and tranquil. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, the shops, and anything one might want to do in Sayulita. The Ubers were easily available when we called for one to go out of the city (we took a Yacht for the day) and to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be going back! If you are looking at the house - PICK IT I PROMISE!

Beautiful and private sexy gorgeous surroundings close to beach and places to eat. Hill is very steep. Be prepared for slippery surface after rain (bring shoes with good traction)

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

La pasamos muy bien en casita 1, disfrutamos del patio privado y poder ver y escuchar las aves todo el día. El área de la alberca es agradable y la tuvimos para nosotros solos 2 días lo cual nos encantó! Buena ubicación y tranquila a pocos minutos caminando al centro. El contacto con Jamie y Tony fue rápido, claro y consiso , el check / out muy fáciles . Esperemos regresar!

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

We LOVED our stay at Atalia’s place! It was adorable and the decor was just as pictured. The apartment is in the heart of downtown Sayulita so you can literally walk everywhere, it’s very convenient. One thing to note: since it is in the heart of downtown it can be loud at night with all of the live music outside until around 10pm, then everything seems to quiet down. This was not a problem for us at all, but if you’re looking to go to bed earlier than that you will need ear plugs! We loved how close to the beach we were too, my husband went surfing every morning and we were just a 4 min walk to the beach! We never had trouble using the rooftop pool and it was always open and we had it all to ourselves every time we walked up to use it. The room was cleaned every day which was absolutely awesome and a perk that you don’t get often at Airbnb’s, we loved coming home to a clean room after being out and about all day.

Loved our stay at Casa Emilia. The apartment is well equipped, including beach gear, kitchen has all we needed, clean, comfortable, the space was perfect for us. Great shower. The place is super well located, with bars, restaurants and shops just a block away. Wifi is fast and reliable. It's really close to the main street, still very quiet. Diosce and Alonso are great hosts, super responsive and accommodating. Overall, this is a great place to stay in San Pancho. I not only recommend it but would also stay here again.

Perfect in every way! Even better than photos! Beautiful home, location & amazing hosts. I wish I could give more stars- this is my #1 favorite Airbnb ever thanks to Cherry & Nicholas immediately making us feel welcome & cared for, the in-depth guide book, the thoughtful touches (q-tips! Thank you!) , the beautiful garden that feels like paradise, and of course the amazing location right on the hiking trail but set back so it's private & quiet. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.
