Nice location, nice view from the terrace. the pool was lovely, and very clean. The house was nice and secure, with several locks. The location was close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and a 10 mins walk to a nice, clean beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the agent Imed was very helpful in arranging us transport to and from the airport. The only negative was that the beds were uncomfortable, especially the two single beds. the mattresses were way too soft. would definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Artist's House. The villa was well-equipped and clean. Its location is beautiful: located in a quiet area, a short drive from downtown and the sea. The host, Mr. Anis, was caring, professional and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

Mohamed was very friendly from the beginning, gave us many tips for good restaurants and also, when the power went out, he took care of it immediately and came by 30 minutes later with an electrician. The place was perfect for us. It was very clean and the structure of the house and the room distribution was perfect for us as a family with three children. The house is kept in a minimalist style without being cold. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. However, what is negative, but has nothing to do with the house or Mohamed, is the garbage that is around the accommodation and also on the beach. Tunisia has really nice places but unfortunately there is dirt, garbage and plastic everywhere. This is a great pity and was very strange for us. But as I said, as soon as you were inside Mohamed's property, you were in a clean, quiet and very private oasis where we all felt very comfortable.

My group of 11 had a wonderful stay! The beach was very close by and the grounds of the home were very beautiful! The housekeeper was discreet and very helpful. The house was very roomy and had a lot of character. I would definitely return!

The house is just amazing, exactly what you need to experience a Tunisian summer. The house is perfect for big groups to relax and enjoy the beach. The house is fully equipped, rooms are very comfortable… you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing luxurious villa to chill out, honestly better than described plus literally 2mn walk to beach. Very quite and secure compound. Abderrahmane is charming, and was always available whenever we needed. This is highly recommended, a marvellous villa in the best location of Hammamet

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our time in Hammamet, the host Feriel was incredibly friendly and responsive - always replying to our messages within 30minutes and helping to meet any extra needs we had. The accomodation itself exceeded our expectations, it has everything you’d ever need, comfortable bedding, clean and extravagant decor and ammenities. We spent an entire day just laying by the pool, followed by a quick walk to the Medina where there are an array of restaurants to pick from. The host left many recommendations for us as well as other useful knowledge. Lovely time and would love to return one day.

The villa has everything to make the stay pleasant. It's located in a very quite neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and all amenities. The private pool and the backyard are perfect for relaxing and spending great family time. The hosting team also made a significant difference on our experience as they were always available to answer questions and requests before, during and after our stay while being extremely friendly and professional.

Excellent stay at this listing, as described and very good value for money. Despite what was announced, we were not charged anything for water and electricity, so I think it's a measure for tenants who abuse energy. This home is in a great location and the people at Yasmine Hammamet are lovely and always ready to help us. I would highly recommend staying at this listing. The pool is lovely even in April! It is true that the many emails, the rental agreement, the passport requirements, it's surprising for airbnb but I think the owner wants to protect himself from unpleasant surprises, certainly not experience, and we understand it. However, he was always available during our stay. Thank you so much.

It was a great pleasure to have stayed in this beautiful well-equipped home. Very clean, very close to the sea. The pool is the icing on the cake. Mr. Fethi is very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed and made the most of our stay Thank you for this rare gem.

Imed is a very friendly responsive and available host there is nothing to say the house is very large and all clean 👌🏼 it has nothing with the photos it's better in real life. We will come back without hesitation! Next to it, there are restaurants, a grocery store. 30 minutes away you have hammamet Yasmine and the highway. Top The clean pool is well maintained a cleaner comes every Tuesday it was great and housekeeper on Monday! We didn't even want to leave! Thanks to imed 🥰
