A perfect stay in a conveniently located apartment. The location is really great, close to everything you need. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, offering all the comforts you need. The host is extremely friendly, responsive and proactive, always available to answer our questions and give us tips. Contact with her was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

Very nice apartment, even though it’s on the third floor, without elevator. The view is worth it, but please can you add more pillows, the current ones are too small and too flat. Other than that, the unit is very clean and worth the money.

I had an awesome stay at Francis residence with an excellent feeling of being at home. i enjoyed the serinity of the environment and the proactive nature of the concierge Mr. Emmanuel, his humility and very caring exhibiting some great value of customership to his clients.

Emmanuel's house was fantastic! The space was large and comfortable. Emmanuel was extremely responsive and attentive to every detail. His kindness was exceptional. The venue was easily accessible, and the caretaker was always available when needed. Amenities included: - Fast internet - Fully equipped kitchen - Comfortable living space (just as pictured) - Immaculately clean I initially booked for one month but extended my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Despite some misunderstandings, Basile was very accommodating, friendly, proactive and always attentive. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again for a future stay.

Great host, great place and very good neighborhood. The place was quiet had a little trouble getting there but it was great everything matched the pictures. Herve was very responsive and helped me find the building will definitely book again.

If I were to use a word to describe my stay at this accommodation, it would be “spotless”. I was mostly impressed by the timely responses and friendliness of the staff. In particular, one of the staff, Laura, was very helpful, from assisting me find the location, to ensuring a smooth check-out. Speaking from my experience at the accommodation, I can attest and vouch to the safety and tranquility of the location, day and night.

Very good new house on the ground floor clean 3 minutes by car or motorbike from the express roundabout in Byem Assi. Super quiet and peaceful place, secured with a good gate, parking space inside, beautiful small terrace with sink outside, table and chairs. Great comfy well air-conditioned living room, Canal+. Almost no power outage, permanent water supply thanks to a reserve. Cabrel who lives right across the street is present if you have any concerns or inquiries. Cotton linens changed once a week. 3 large clean bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 wc, kitchen with everything you need: fridge, gaziniere, sink, utensils,... We were a couple with our 3 kids. It was perfect and central to enjoy Yaoundé and away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. We didn't miss anything. I recommend it without hesitating even for 1 or 2 people. Great place. Great value for money. Good communication. You can go there without a hint.

The stay with Mathieu was pleasant. To get used to staying on Yaoundé, I first appreciated the value for money, the location of the house which is easy to access on foot and by car, bypass solutions (water...). On the standing side, it's much better than most listings, I've always had to look for the perfect wherever I went but I always came across surprises, big gaps between image and reality. There are hardly any bugs except for a few mosquitoes (there is the mosquito net). So this to say that you will probably be disappointed on arrival (luxury contrast between modern houses in Europe and Cameroon) but will have better than most rental listings.

Nice location and view of the city from rooftop

We had a great time. The concierge Georges despite our extremely late arrival was available to wait for us. Similarly, his kindness is a real asset, the accommodation is located by the road and access is easy at any time. I recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to come back.

You feel right at home. The children can play around in the complex. no supervision necessary sa private. The pool is de Hammer. The food extremely 😋 The host as well as personnal very nice and professional i'd love to come back

Bertin’s place is a beautiful oasis in the city. It was so peaceful and relaxing to chill by the pool. The pool and the entire property was in pristine condition. The staff on site is top notch. Each one is very responsive, welcoming and professional. As a host Bertin is very responsive and accommodating. We felt at home at the residence and will be returning in the future. Highly recommended!!!
