Perfect location for a concert at the gorge! Only a few minute drive away. And if you plan to stay longer, there are many fun things to do along the river in the Sunland community. I would definitely recommend this property. Ronna was so nice and very helpful!

We had a great stay at Brenda’s place! We were sad to leave! It was comfortable, clean, private and easy to check in and out of. Brenda was very responsive! We’d love to stay at Brenda’s again when visiting the Yakima area.

Diane’s place was exactly what I needed - a comfortable and clean place to sleep, a kitchen to prepare meals, with a good location near the Yakima Conference Center. Diane was proactive with her communications and provided clear instructions on how to enter the place. The perfect place for my needs.

This was the perfect location for our needs. Easy parking, one block from the local farmer's market and just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Also, right across the street from a grocery store so easy to grab any forgotten items or snacks. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was remote - 40 minute drive to major town with small, local restaurant and store 5 min walk; limited hours in off peak season. (We like it that way) Very clean with full size washer/dryer & frig/stove. Bed is very comfortable. Minutes to multiple trails. Lots of wildlife - saw deer & elk. Hosts very helpful with recommendations and providing maps. Hosts are wonderful. We’ll definitely return for another stay.

I think it was much nicer in person vs pictures. Very quiet and nice. It was thoughtfully stocked in case anything was forgotten. Small confusion about getting in but Blake came down in minutes to help. I would definitely book again for my next trips to the gorge

The eight of us enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of room for all of us! We could be all together or spread out in smaller groups or individually. The view is spectacular. The owners were out of town but a special shout-out to the farm manager who handled the few issues we had quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The house is slightly dated and could use a few updates here and there but mostly, we felt like royalty up there on top of the hill!

Harvey’s house was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We stayed at the house as a friend’s wedding was at a nearby orchard and it was a peaceful place to recharge between events. Our dog loved the giant yard. We accidentally left a pair of glasses and Harvey found them and graciously offered to mail them to us. Would stay again if we are back in Yakima!

Set well back from the road, it's peaceful and private. The neighborhood is great for an after-dinner walk, lots of gardens and mature trees. We loved the comfy sofa and the gas stove, and the king-sized bed was nice.

Five stars do not adequately reflect how much we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and the minute we entered we felt at peace. There is so much to do in the area. We went wine tasting and fished the Yakima river. Our best memories are sitting on the porch drinking coffee or wine and watching the scenery. Bob and Stacia were attentive to our needs and questions. Their hospitality is unmatched.

I stayed at Magdalena's house for 6 weeks. She was a great host who was very responsive to any questions I had. Quickly solved anything that needed taken care of, and was very accommodating to my needs. Her house worked great for me, and the backyard was very nice to relax in. I would stay here again!

The house is perfect, we traveled for softball and it was so nice to have plenty of space. The park across the street was great for the girls to hang out, beds were SOOOOo comfy. If we ever have to travel to Yakima again I will for sure book here.

Perfect house for our quick weekend to Yakima! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard, close to lots of restaurants and shopping! We had our two grandsons with us and the game room was a BIG hit! Highly recommend if you are traveling with kids! Stephanie did a great job making sure the house had all the amenities a traveler needed, which made our trip relaxing and stress free! I will definitely book this home again on our next visit!
