Beachfront vacation rentals in Yahşi Mahallesi

Our host Özlem Hn, responded quickly to all our questions before and after the reservation. Ayşegül Hn, who greeted us when we entered the house, was also very kind and hospitable. The information about the use of the house was very good, we felt like it was our own home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and was furnished with pleasure. All the materials in the kitchen were carefully selected and clean. The site also has 2 private beaches. Hebil beach was very close to the house, you can easily reach it on foot. 2. If we come to İncilipınar Beach and Bodrum again, it will be the only place we will prefer. We had a very pleasant time with the view on the balcony. We are very pleased, thank you again to Ms. Özlem for the nice hosting🤗🌸

A really great apartment for holidays in Kos! The apartment has everything you need. The location on the beach with a large terrace is beautiful. Otherwise, it is well located, everything you need is within walking distance. There were three of us there for five days and we really enjoyed the vacation. Especially because of the lovely hospitality!

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

Alexandros is a very friendly and kind host! The check in was fast and he responded very fast ☺️ The hot tub is perfect for a holiday in Kos. It is near to the beach and several restaurants ☀️ he recommended beautiful places nearby the accommodation. The small garden was perfect for relaxing and enjoying breakfast. Especially the Jakuzzi was a real highlight. In the fridge he left some food, so we could load our Energy After arriving the island 👍🏼 alexandros father (he lives next to the accommodation) was helpful all the time! Thank you for the Beautiful holidays. When coming back to Kos, we will definitely stay again at the Hot Tub 🔥 ☺️🙈

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

The house is very nice and the pool and garden are very pleasant. The house is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Gundogan. An active road passes in front of the house, sometimes the sounds of vehicles can be disturbing, in addition, the house is about 20-25 stairs, and I find it useful for future people to know this. In summary, the entire house and garden are very pleasant and comfortable. The proximity to the center and the sea is very nice. Same as in the photos.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. The location is very nice, the view is amazing, very close to the center of Yalikavak, the pool and the house were generally clean, we received very quick support when we had 1-2 questions.

Dimitra thought of everything. The place feels exactly like home. Perfect stay especially with kids.Everything you need in a kitchen. She even gave us some products to cook, including olive oil. Gave us very tasty pomegranate from the garden and some peppers. Bathroom has washing machine which was very handy. She has thought of every little thing which you generally either forget or decide not to bring because of luggage limits. Place is walking distance from the beach (literally 2 minutes), perfect sunset. We had very nice stay and already recommended the place to my family members with kids. Definitely would come and stay again.

We had a terrific stay. Beautiful home and surrounding gardens and amenities. Perfect Location. Host was great and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great walkable location near Kos! As 2 women we felt very safe even at night. Tigaki Beach is a short drive for white sand (beach at unit is pebbles and busy). Host was responsive. Only drawback was the hard beds, but that seems to be a thing in Greece- Athens was the same. (Recommended getting memory foam pads and host was going to look into it). Rental car was a must for us to see the sites. Highlights: Asklepion, Therma Beach, Plaka Forest, Zia for views and BEST food our whole trip (I think its called Oromedon Restaurant- it’s the big one close to Kos Natural Park) Tigaki Beaches, Crepes And You (Old Town Kos- reg. AND gluten-free- delicious!). We did a day trip by ferry to Bodrum. Meh. If I could do it again, I don’t know that I would. It was a big hassle getting there and back for only a few hours. It was more than novelty of being in our first Muslim country. We did have a good experience at a restaurant, having Turkish tea and coffee. Walked around the old wall and the windmill

We liked the AirBnB very much. everything was very new and clean. The location was incredible, all beautiful beach bars and restaurants close by. And you could easily walk to the city centre as well. Especially the personal contact and help, when needed, was much appreciated. Every message was answered very quickly.

Dimi is the absolute beeeest host! Super kind, helpful and very responsive! The flat is super - has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beach (which is stunning) is a 3 minute walk and Marmari is special because it is not built up like many of the other places, but still has restaurants, coffee, grocery within walking distance. It is also super easy to rent a scooter and explore Kos, Kefalos, Plaka Forest, Zia, wineries, etc (they are all 15-30 min drive). As some other reviews mentioned, there is a bar next door that plays music but not too late into the night and the windows, etc are good quality, so you can't really hear it. Wonderful place, fabulous host - highly recommend!

Great location, 20min walk to the city center max. Overall, I definitely recommend it. There is everything you need in the house.

Thank you for your interest in Mr. Engin. The evening meal and breakfast towards the sea on the balcony are very nice. I have never taken my car to the walking distance to everywhere. It should be seen by living, not very close. We did not understand how fast the zoom was. If it is a good idea, we are thinking about making our vacation in the same place again in the same place. What a lovely place this was! And even lovelier hosts, especially the co-host Mr. Safak, what an amazing person to be around with! Astonishing view of Yalıkavak from a beautiful double deck garden. King size mattress in the bedroom. L shaped sofa bed in the living room. You have every piece of equipment that you may need at your disposal, even a barbecue! This is my go to place for Bodrum next year, and the next year, and the next year😊😊😊
