Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Xuân La

We enjoyed our stay at Huy's EcoNest. The place was small, but looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. The wifi was very fast and we were both able to work comfortably at the same time in the flat. It is not near the tourist hub of Hanoi, but we appreciated the quieter location and could easily get to and from the center by Grab taxis. We found nice cafes and a lake nearby. The botanical gardens are also nearby, so some nice spaces to explore. The flat was very clean and comfortable, so we felt right at home, and the communication was excellent! There was also a nice terrace on the roof, with some workout equipment, which we didn't have time to use, but was a nice addition to the flat. Thanks, for the nice stay! :)

Welcome to wecozy, a step above the rest. They will always be there and be super responsive which really makes this place stand out over others in the same class. This is my second visit here and I stayed two weeks while using it as a home base to go visit other places outside of Hanoi. Train street is right behind this building but I was never really phased by that too much. I was in a different unit which was not as nice as the first unit I stayed but it had a wash machine in that unit so I was happy that I could use that multiple times as well. Book early as they do fill their location!

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and the host worked very hard to prepare the accommodation. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis had a facial recognition access system, so it was inconvenient to enter, but skylake provided two access card keys, so it was really convenient to enter the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the guests.

Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

There's a market and a pharmacy nearby. It's the best.

Tuan's place is the perfect spot for groups or families who want to explore hanoi. The place is a little off the main road which makes it a peaceful retreat after a whole day of fun. Everything, from food to shopping to convenience stores, is just around the corner. We especially liked having a bahn mi store just outside! The house has everything you need and more. The rooms are nice and clean and all the ACs and heaters are working. The wifi is fast so the kids really enjoyed the smart tv (and fridge!) in every room. The stairs may pose a challenge to older people with large luggage especially in the higher floors. Lastly, Tuan is the most accomodating and responsive host. When you enter the house, he has already prepared food guides and places to visit for his guests and we really appreciate that. He also made transactions easier (transport, tours) so we had a very comfortable and convenient stay in hanoi. Don't think twice about staying here. Highly recommended!

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

Very friendly very helpful. Always fast reply. Helped me with flexible check-in/ checkout time. And even laundry as well! Felt the Vietnamese people’s warmest welcome:) Highly recommend this place, the view by the lake you can see with 1 min walk from the accommodation, it’s amazing in daytime and nighttime.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

I had an occasion near the Jerry House area. It was hard to find accommodation at the last minute, but Jerry House was ready to serve guests. The room looked exactly like the one in the listing—clean and smelling good. 😄👍

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

Really nice area to live in. Appartment / block are moderns and well maintained. The view from balcony is breathtaking, especially at night. Just Outside you will find marts, a few ok restaurants/coffee shops / laundry / gyms. Nothing exciting neither. Further you will find your usual VN street vendors and less gentrified areas. Overall good flat, good location.
