The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Το διαμέρισμα, πλήρες ανακαινισμένο, βρισκεται στο κεντρικο δρομο της Χαινα, στο κεντρο της Χαλκίδας. Η αποσταση απο τις πλαζ Κουρέντι και Παπαθανασιού ειναι μολις στα 100μετρα. Τα ωραία ουζερί τις πόλης ειναι ακριβώς από κάτω..ειναι ιδανικο για καλοκαιρινες διακοπες καθως υπαρχει κλιματιστικο και ολα τα απαραιτητα σκευη που χρειαζεστε για μεγαλες διακοπες.. θα χαρω πολυ να σας φιλοξενησω!

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building!
