Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας , έχει θέα τη παραλία της Χαλκίδας και τη παλαιά γέφυρα. Απολαύστε τη μοναδική του θέα , βλέποντας τα "τρελά νερά" να παρασέρνουν τα καικια και τα ιστιοπλοϊκά ! Το διαμέρισμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα . Διαθέτει 2 διπλά κρεβάτια καθώς και ένα μεγαλο καναπέ κρεββατι. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει κλιματιστικό καθώς και στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο για να καλύπτει με επαρχία όλο το χώρο. Στο σαλόνι μας υπάρχει και Xbox

It is just 300 meters from the train station, a 5-minute walk from the beach Asteria and the old bridge. The historic fortress of Karababa, the pedestrian seafront with the restaurants and the cafeterias as well as the central pedestrian zone with the shops are also within walking distance.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο χώρο που ανακαινίστηκε ριζικά τον Ιούλιο του 2024 και βρίσκεται κεντρικά στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας μόλις 450μ από την παλαιά γέφυρα στην διατηρητέα και ιστορική συνοικία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα (ιδανικό για οικογένεια με έως και δύο παιδιά). Υπάρχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στην κουζίνα υπάρχει εξοπλισμός για ετοιμασία φαγητού με μικροσυσκευές.

The apartment is a 4th floor studio. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed there is a comfortable two-seater sofa (no bed), wall-mounted mirror, large TV and living room table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, washing machine and the necessary accessories. The guesthouse is very close to the beaches of Sykia, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (former TEI ).
