Each room sleeps 2. Lower level has a whimsical queen size bed. Lower level is not included but not prohibited. Washer & dryer. Pls don’t have guest sleep on upstairs couch. Pls use lower level bed. We had a great two-night stay at Christopher's place! I love staying in older houses with character, and this one has it in spades. I especially appreciated the many windows and surrounding trees (and rabbits!). The kitchen is well-stocked with tools and the bathtub is huge! There are a few sets of stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We were a short 20 minute drive from King's Island. Great place to stay if you're traveling with a couple of hulking, surly teenagers -- they get to live on the top floor!

Great little apartment in Glendale - my wife wanted to take home one of the chairs because it fit her petite body so well! Only thing to know about this place is that it is not set up to cook in. Only a microwave and insta-pot cooker is available. No stove or cooktop. But with the plethora of dining options nearby, you’ll be fine.

We were in town for a Savannah Bananas game so didn’t spend much time there other to sleep. The upstairs was perfect for the two younger boys with us. Plenty of room for the 5 total people who stayed. The house looks brand new despite being very historic! Cinthya also responds right away and super friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
