Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

Die Einliegerwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Sie ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten, das Herumschleichen der Katze, das Gackern von 3 Hühnern sowie das Plätschern im Pool genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
