Bedrooms: Indulge in restful slumber in one of our three cozy ensuite queen bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for your comfort, boasting tasteful decor, ample natural light, and private bathrooms with walk in showers for your convenience. The luxurious bedding and soft linens promise a dreamy night's sleep, setting the stage for unforgettable mornings by the river. Sleeping Loft: For larger groups or families, our spacious sleeping loft is a haven for kids and adults alike. It features four twin beds (trundles) and two futons, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The half bath is conveniently located upstairs for the loft guests.  Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our fully stocked, open-concept kitchen. The stylish island with seating is perfect for casual breakfasts or aperitifs, while the six-person dining table invites you to savor meals together. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils you need, and a Keurig coffee maker is ready to brew your morning cup of coffee. Living Room: Relax and unwind in the spacious living room with two-story high ceilings. The centerpiece of this room is the cozy fireplace, creating a warm ambiance on cooler evenings. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or simply gaze out at the stunning riverfront views through the expansive windows. Additionally,  a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offer flexible sleeping arrangements for your entire party. Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your outdoor oasis and be captivated by the natural beauty that surrounds Rivers Edge Retreat. Fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue, lounge in the hammock as you listen to the soothing sounds of the river, or gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores. The hot tub offers a perfect spot for relaxation under the starlit sky, while the basketball arcade and corn hole provide hours of entertainment. Riverfront Access: One of the most enchanting features of Rivers Edge Retreat is its direct riverfront access to the Glover River. Spend your days exploring the riverbanks, fishing, or simply basking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The gentle murmur of the river will be your constant companion, creating a serene atmosphere for your stay. Please note that the levels of Glover River can fluctuate on a daily basis.   Local Attractions: While Rivers Edge Retreat is a paradise that you may not want to leave, it's also conveniently located near Broken Bow's attractions. Explore the nearby Beavers Bend State Park for hiking and outdoor adventures, or visit Hochatown for dining and shopping experiences. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, Broken Bow has something for everyone. GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: P E T S : There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2 and 50 lbs each max weight. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. F I R E W O O D : You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. The small house is handicap accessible is two blocks north of highway 70 and 1/2 mile to International Paper. It is a town setting, but is a fairly quiet neighborhood at night. Daytime, is different, since we are near the school and daycare. The house is a small two bedroom with log siding and central air. It is clean and comfortable for a stay in Valliant. We are close to the library and good restaurants and churches. 30 minutes from Hochatown and Beavers Bend.
