Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property has been our family holiday home for many years. The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied! The property is older style which is reflected in the price. Our first floor apartment is very spacious and comfortable .

Our apartment has NO CLEANING FEES is private,modern,bright,light and cosy which is on the ground floor of our newly built home. You have your own private keyed entrance and entire apartment to yourselves to rest and relax.

A charming courtyard is adorned with vibrant bougainvillea flowers in shades of pink and red. A stone pathway leads to a private entrance, where comfortable seating is set against a backdrop of greenery, inviting guests to relax outdoors.
