Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Private access to the apartment. Parking in the yard and on the street. Sandbox, swing, slide and children's vehicles await you. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as honey from our own bees can be purchased.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
