This is a perfect modernization of an attic space, very simple, clean, and ideal for an overnight for a couple or a single person. The hosts were very communicative, and the surroundings were part of a typical northern New England small town.

This apartment is private, inviting, spacious, peaceful, and brilliantly clean. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in! We stayed here for a week while our house was being renovated, and it was a home away from home. The views of the lake and sunsets are gorgeous. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, which we did most nights. The bed is very comfortable, and we slept well. Brian and Sue are excellent hosts. They are kind, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely retreat!

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was a nice and quiet area to relax. There are stores and restaurants conveniently down the street. I would recommend this airbnb for a quick getaway.

We booked a five-night stay and would have liked to stay longer, but there were already other guests booked. Everything about our stay was terrific...cleanliness, comfort, amenities and the location was perfect for us. The hosts could not have been more responsive, friendly and accommodating. The gardens surrounding the property are just beautiful. We would definitely plan to stay here again on future trips to the area.

Beautiful setting and views. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Lots of good fishing from the dock and a number of beautiful spaces to relax in. The check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 pm is very generous!

I travel for work and being able to stay at Ann’s place for almost 2 weeks made me feel right at home. It was a place I was able to decompress after visiting customers. I had everything I needed to cook myself some home made meals. I met Ann on my last day she is a great person. Looking forward to staying at her place again.

This was my first time ever staying in an Airbnb and I absolutely loved it. Roger was amazing, and everything was perfect about the Airbnb itself. Walking distance to a gas station and a few other stores and only 30 minutes away from Gillette stadium. The whole time I was there I felt at peace. If I ever do this again I will definitely request this Airbnb. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely, well-stocked home in a quiet residential area. Idah accommodated us for Christmas when we needed a last-minute place to stay near a hospitalized relative, and she even put up a tree for us. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had the equipment we needed to make a holiday dinner. The sunroom was perfect for coffee in the morning. Overall a homey and great place to stay.

Went for a long weekend. It got me closer to Mount Wachusette than my house is without breaking the bank. Great place to just exist and relax. Neighborhood can be a bit lively, but over all good.

Charming old home with all the necessities. Loved everything from the squeaky floors, to the pull chain lights. An amazing library of books, too. A bit noisy outside with city traffic but if you’re used to that then you should be fine. Would definitely stay again.

For traveling or for any other need, Joesph’s place is perfect as it provides you a bed, shower, towels and microwave/minifridge. Always know I can come back and expect nothing less.

Joanne's apartment by the lake was the perfect getaway. Check-in was easy and seamless. I enjoyed the afternoon sun working and reading in the backyard facing the beautiful view of the lake. Joanne recommended places to shop. Market Basket was a nice supermarket with fresh meat and seafood, within miles in neighboring town. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and we felt right at home. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Loved my stay in Barre. Perfect for my month long stay during my clinical rotation in Barre. Glen’s place had everything I needed and more! Great local trails. He was easy to get a hold of if I needed anything. I will be back!
