Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben.
