Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. The Waddendijk is within walking distance (1.5 km) and in the village (1 km) is the renowned Pizzeria Pingjum. Studio Pekelvisch consists of a simple space on the ground floor and a sleeping loft above. Compact, tough furnished with lots of old building materials. Don't expect lavish luxury, but authenticity, charm and soothing tranquility.

Rural stay on Frisian Elfstedenroute

Within walking distance of the city center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Elfstedenroute, is our rural farm. We offer you a spacious room in this rural and watery area, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/sitting area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is available. We have recently realized this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Onze "Mooie Liefde" was vroeger de paardenstal behorend tot de eeuwenoude boerderij waarin wij wonen. In 2020 hebben wij het samen met veel liefde en passie omgetoverd tot een tiny house met een oude geleefde uitstraling. Via de groene trap kom je boven op de mooie vide met een 180x200 bed, met tweepersoons matras en tweepersoons schapenwollen dekbed. Onder de vide vinden jullie de prachtige badkamer en keuken. Just over the Afsluitdijk in the middle of the Frisian meadow you stay in a wonderful holiday home with nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook for a long time. Inside or outside! The garden is a wonderful place for children to play and you can enjoy the setting sun until late. Our house is near the beach of Makkum, forests, lakes and several Frisian "eleven cities".
