This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Unser bezaubernder Dreiseiten-Hof liegt am Rande des kleinen Dorfes Rieth, nur ein paar Schritte vom Riether Naturhafen und der idyllischen Badestelle entfernt. Das ehemalige Kolonistenhaus ist eines der ältesten Gebäude in Rieth und hat in seiner über 250-jährigen Geschichte bereits viele Bewohner kommen und gehen sehen.
