Wir möchten, dass Sie sich entspannen, mit guten Büchern, in einer ruhigen, aber muckeligen Umgebung, vor den Fenstern nur Grün und Ruhe.

Unser Maisonette-Häuschen (44 qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Terrasse, Parkplatz und Wallbox liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Bürgerfelde- am Rande der Stadt und doch zentral! Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus von der Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Universität entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im grünen Umland. Das Haus ist kernsaniert und mit allem Pipapo neu und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ideale Belegung sind 1-2 Personen/Paare, für ein paar Nächte kommt man auch zu dritt unter. Haustiere willkommen!

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. Die Wohnung ist im August 2018 fertig gestellt worden und besticht durch ihren gemütlichen Charakter im Dachgeschoss. Die modern maritim eingerichtete Wohnung hat zwei Schlafräume. Die Wohnung wurde im September 2024 frisch renoviert. Im Außenbereich befindet sich vor dem Haus ein Spielplatz für Ferienkinder sowie in unserem Innenhof auf unserem Muschelbeet ein großer Tisch sowie ein Strandkorb für unsere Gäste.

Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen selbstverständlich zur Verfügung.
