Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is based on a clean white and mint color, accented with the intense and humid paintings of Botero for a high visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.

The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
