The guest house with the vacation lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural property Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love of clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain eye for special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Holidays in historic Büdnerei

This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. You have a large bathroom with bath and shower and underfloor heating and a small bathroom with shower.

You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our newly renovated vacation home is located in the 1st row on the natural beach at Fehmarnsund with great views of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Enjoy the sea view from bed right after waking up and listen to the sound of the waves. A lovingly furnished open living/dining area offers everything your heart desires and from here you always have the Baltic Sea in view. Brand new now with its own sauna!

Our small apartment with one bedroom is located on the ground floor, so you are right in your own garden area, where there are play facilities for the children such as a sandbox or a trampoline. In general, we have everything you need for a relaxing vacation with small children. Quietly located on the Baltic Sea, in the tranquil Heiligendamm, not only relaxing beach days can be spent. The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Kägsdorf beach 1

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3km) and Rerik (5km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings July and August one week minimum!
