New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

Peace, privacy and a breathtaking mountain backdrop await you at this feel-good place. Construction, age, and history make its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained but old. The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs with them. The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is rurally located on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
