Menominee House Lake View

This home features sweeping views of Lake Winnebago, huge open rooms, outdoor hot tub with a lake view and convenient lake access. Bedrooms have king or queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with a sleeper sofa brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High-end appliances, tiled bathrooms, large jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown.

A cozy living room features two black leather sofas positioned around a light-colored coffee table. A stone fireplace with a large clock is centered on the wall, providing a focal point. Natural light fills the space, enhancing the warm tones of the room.

~Oshkosh Oasis~

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway right off the highway. Our condo is a great place to stay while visiting Oshkosh or other local cities. Relax in the back yard with a campfire or in the year-round hot tub while watching the stars. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 Kings, 2 Queens & 2 futons. The Master has an on-suite w/bidet seat. Laundry, weight room & 2 car garage is yours to use. Please note that we do own a dog in case you or someone in your group has allergies to pet dander.

"Amazing place... The pictures don't do this place justice!" - Dec. 6, 2023. The home is located just within the city limits of Oshkosh, 4 miles from EAA and 1 mile from boat landings. This beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts three bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom on the lower level - plus a Murphy Bed (All Beds - Queen size). Great game room and entertainment area in lower level. The outside area is great for entertaining which includes a hot tub, propane fire table and grill.

Sleek Victorian Home

For a old home it has been upgraded a lot. With a electric fireplace and big screen tv lounging in the living room is easy. If you want to have drinks between the kitchen and Dinning room there is plenty of room for that. In the back yard there is a Hot tube and full patio with a large fireplace to relax and make some s’mores! There is a spare twin bed and 2 full air mattress If needed.

Unfortunately, our flights canceled and we were not able to travel to Oshkosh and enjoy the airshow. 🙁 Benjamin was a great communicator and disclosed everything about the property. I am certain that we would have enjoyed our stay and found everything in tiptop condition. I would encourage anyone to stay at this property as Benjamin was great to work with. There’s no question my mind that this property would have been an excellent place to stay!

We had a great stay. House is very nice and yard is even better. The hottub/spa is awesome and same with the sun room. They left all sorts of things you would need as well. Easy to find and great neighborhood.

Modern and Spacious EAA Oasis

This was a fabulous stay for our three generations! The house was immaculate, the location was perfect & the outside amenities topped it off for relaxing in the evenings. We loved our stay so much, hoping to rent again in the future! Our family has been coming to EAA AirVenture for 20+ years & this is by far our best stay yet! Thank you Mariel!

Perfect EAA location. Country home w/ lake views.

The house is very close to stores and restaurants, yet 2 exits away it sits in a rural setting. Great backyard with a relaxing view of trees and a garden, hot tub, fire pit and patio chairs, and a gas grill. Inside, lots of good-sized beds, big well stocked kitchen, lots of eating space, and a nice sized living room. Great basement with another living room, pool table, bed and bathroom. Had 7 adults and never once felt cramped or in each other's way. We definitely will be back.
